Our products are developed by an Individual. No other staffs of cxSTUDIOS doesn't own any rights of products developed by us. Every products are handmade. As some of them might contain assets from other products with permission from the original Author.
If you don't want your assets to be used in our products you can contact us through this website !! NOT DISCORD SERVER !!
Here ("assets") mean, Plugins, Configs, Elements, etc..
You agree to be held responsible for the security and behavior of third party hosting service where you want to use our products which you must use at your own risk. We don't take any risk for changes made by hosting staff. In this case we recommend you to use hosting service which are certified and used by thousands of users with no abuse.
If there's any boosting rewards going on, you must use your main account to boost our server and you must have genuine Nitro.
Incase you bought one of our paid setups, you agree not to share it with other even if they are close to you. If we find our setups in unauthorized website with your license or someone reports with *PROOFS*, we'll permanently suspend your account from buying/using our setups.
In this case if you're planning to create another account and buy/use our setups, this is against our terms and we'll suspend your ip from accessing our website, etc..
We cannot guarantee that our Services will function everytime as it should. There might be issue caused by invalid config, corrupted plugins or other which aren't belong to setups. If you're facing such issues feel free to ask it in forums or for faster response join our discord server.
GUARANTIES & WARRANTY
You guarantee that all information you provided to us through our Services is truthful, authentic and reliable.
BRANDING
